Due to the instant digital delivery of our products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. For physical items, production starts right after your order is placed, and therefore these items are also non-refundable.

1. Digital Products – No Right of Withdrawal

Most products sold on our website are digital downloads—such as Canva templates and printable PDFs. By completing your purchase, you gain instant access to the product, which means the right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU) no longer applies. For physical products, production and fulfillment begin immediately after purchase, and these items are also non-refundable.

2. No Refunds for the Following:

• Change of mind

• Accidental purchases

• Incompatibility with software (e.g., not having a Canva account)

• Lack of knowledge on how to use digital templates

• Download issues due to unstable internet connection or device limitations

3. Exceptions

We only offer a refund if the file is defective or inaccessible and we are unable to resolve the issue. In such rare cases, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at info@tradehenge.com, and we will do our best to assist you.

4. Responsibility of the Buyer

It is your responsibility to:

• Read the product description carefully

• Ensure that the product suits your needs

• Understand how to use platforms like Canva

• Download and save your files in a timely manner
