Welcome to Wedding Planner Prints – Tradehenge. These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through our website and govern your use of our digital products and services.

1. General Information

Wedding Planner Prints – Tradehenge is a registered business based in Sweden. All prices shown on our website include VAT (25%) where applicable. We sell digital wedding templates and design assets to customers worldwide.

2. Digital Products

Most products sold on this website are digital files, such as Canva templates and printable PDFs. These items are delivered instantly upon successful payment and no physical shipment is required. However, select physical products are also available and will be shipped after production.

3. Usage Rights

Products are for personal use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or used commercially. You may not claim the designs as your own or share access to the templates or download links with others.

4. Payment

Payments are securely processed via Payhip’s system or Lulu, using either PayPal or credit/debit card. Currency and pricing are clearly displayed during checkout.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of digital products and instant delivery, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. By completing your purchase, you agree to waive your right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection law for digital goods.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for printing errors, third-party platform issues (such as Canva availability), or results outside of our control. It is your responsibility to review files before printing or sharing.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
